Michael Buxton started his career as a greeting card designer. He spent over ten years learning how to draw and producing best-selling card lines for clients like Clintons, Paperchase and Recycled Paper Greetings.
Since going freelance, he realized that his work can be printed on lots of different products and has branched out into producing designs for t-shirts, art prints and children’s books. In this time, he’s had work selected for Threadless, Juniqe, Hot Topic and Disney, among many others.
He enjoys working in a variety of styles, but always tries to make sure his designs have a strong concept behind them. More often than not this revolves around monsters or cats.
